If you and your old git pals are gonna try to kick, and and announce it mid last wave, make sure that player isnt good enough to still make the map finish.

Generally one of the nicest people I've had the opportunity of playing with. Doesn't get mad when people make mistakes unless its big enough to fuck the entire team over and fail the wave.
