Skill is rather hard to judge after just one game, he played a mediocre damage scout if I'd just look at damage, however he was playing on 300 ping. Taking ping into consideration he played a really good damage scout and still got slightly more damage than most of the modern "damage scouts" I've seen in the past while. Definitively one of the better TC mains.
