He's a nice fella outside the game and a great player though he has low noob tolerance and a hilariously colossal ego. Also, he's like 40 so the name is misleading.

I have to be honest I 100% disagree with Thug's mentality towards Pyros, such as kicking them without question or leaving every game he sees one in. However, outside of that once you get to know him he's actually a nice guy. He's also a fucking crazy good player across every class, notably he's of the best damage Scouts, if not the best damage Scout.
