After talking to this person for a bit, I can attest that they're not a cheater, although the accusation wouldn't have popped up at all if North actually thought about the situation beforehand. When I asked Interceptor (his accuser) for evidence that North was a cheater, he gladly obliged. When I asked him for proof that could've proven North innocent, he blocks me instead, that was the main thing to consider North innocent, Interceptor's subtle admission of guilt.
